DUTIES
The Service Associate –
Airport Representative is responsible for the delivery of airport pick-up
as well as provide guest service in accordance with
the objectives performance and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year experience in Concierge / Doorman / Airport Operations
Have strong communication skills and excellent inter-personal skills
Commitment to professional values and integrity
Fluent in English and Arabic speaker is a plus
Able to work in flexible hours
Prefer resident with local experience |
