WALK-IN-INTERVIEW Bilingual Patient Relations Representative (English &Arabic) On Tuesday, 30 December 2014, between 09:00 - 14:00 Hours. Position Description: We are looking for Bilingual male/female candidates with over 2 years of post qualification experience as a RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE. He/She will be responsible to ensure that patient registration process is carried out in timely manner to optimize clinic function and to exceed both internal & external customer needs and expectations. Will also serve as a Receptionist, Clerical Assistant, Cashier and as an Interpreter for the Clinic. Education & Experience Requirements: Diploma/Degree in any discipline. English & Arabic language proficiency. Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Customer Service field. Medical Terminology/exposure to medical environment an advantage.
