Job Description
We are looking for HR Supervisor with atleast 5-7 Years relevant HR Experience in the UAE.
The candidate must be MBA/ BBA (HR) and able to perform the following activities:-
-- Plan, assess, organize and coordinate on daily HR activities.
-- Identify and resolve operational, procedural matters.
-- Understand, interpret and apply pertinent state laws and company laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures encountered in the performance of assignments.
-- Exercise initiative and work independently.
-- Prioritize and handle a multitude of assignments at one time.
-- Plan and conduct effective staff training sessions.
-- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with persons of diverse ethnic, educational and economic backgrounds, and at all levels of employment and management.
-- Maintain objectivity and freedom from prejudice and to exercise judgement and understanding in all human resources management situations and maintain confidentiality.
-- Deal with problems that may be controversial or sensitive in nature.
-- Prepare clear, concise reports for management’s review.
-- Establish and maintain cooperative-working relationships with company employees.
-- Process, file and maintain documents, data and materials.
