Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):
This position is responsible for MDM portfolio and key deliverables include –
1. conceptualization, design and roll out of new MDM products
2. to manage relationship with MDM service providers
3. achieve targets of product revenue, product profitability and customer satisfaction for MDM.

Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Supervise the implementation and management of effective and competitive MDM products, services & solutions for Business Customers
2. Understanding the current implementation of the MDM with customers and introduce the new component to the MDM depending upon the business need.
3. Provide support and resolve issues related to MDM like creating tenant, client groups, profiles and Channel Manager to manage end user mobile and manage administrator portal
4. Leading MDM Development Projects from commercial standpoint
5. Involvement in the concept development, planning & implementation of the roll- out of customized MDM projects with Enterprise customers
6. Monitor and evaluate existing partners, portfolio performance, and analyze Customer Feedback
7. Define contractual and service level agreements with third party vendors, and managing contracts throughout the lifecycle
8. Operate in conjunction with Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and technical teams to understand market and customer needs and to ensure product suitability.
9. Provide support to sales and pre-sales teams on an as-needed basis.
10. Able to develop and manage innovative applications for business segment customers like Education, hospitality, contraction, etc.
11. Oversee the coordination with Customer Intelligence, Marketing Communications, Product Development and Sales.
12. Manage the resources in team by contributing to recruitment, facilitating training, assessing performance and timely counseling.
13. Contribute to finalization of road maps for MDM Product Marketing
14. Oversee signing-off of business cases of new initiatives in the MDM
15. Define product strategy for MDM
16. Present results to internal customers in ways which can generate actionable recommendations.
