We are urgently looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER for our chain of fine dining restaurants in UAE. Below are the criteria for this requirement:
– Male, below 45 years old
– Preferably LEBANESE or SRILANKAN nationals
– Must be educated in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent degree
– Minimum 5 years of GCC experience especially in fine dining restaurants
– Should be able to handle minimum of 5 restaurant branches in order to achieve sales targets and optimize profits, minimize costs, improve employee retention and guests service, quality on food and sanitation
– With good personality and professionally qualified
– Salary range: 15,000 – 20,000 aed (all inclusive)
