THE ARCADIA PREPARATORY SCHOOL - This is a truly exceptional school, seeking exceptional educational practitioners. Starting in August 2016, teachers at The Arcadia Preparatory School will be provided with a unique opportunity to work in a brand new, state-of-the-art Primary School, alongside world class colleagues delivering exceptional learning opportunities. The Arcadia Preparatory School's campus, due to be completed in May 2016, has been designed by a leading British architect with wide experience in creating outstanding educational environments.
THE PERSON - We are undertaking a search for a well-qualified and talented Language teacher with experience teaching Arabic to primary aged children. A sound knowledge of up to date teaching methods and pedagogy is crucial as is a willingness to share best practice with colleagues. We will focus strongly on a team approach and will provide a high level of on-going, targeted professional development for all our staff. Candidates must have an Arabic Literature degree from a well-regarded university.
THE CURRICULUM - We offer the National Curriculum for England to children from FS1 to Year 6, along with Arabic A and B programmes of study as per UAE regulations.
