Greets customers
Ensures customers are handled in an efficient and pleasant manner
Ensures shipments are checked for being ready for carriage
Ensures that weight check is performed for all shipments and volume checks performed as required
Ensures cargo is stored in the correct location / terminal and that system is updated promptly
Sound technical IT skills required
3 years airport operations experience
Basic knowledge of IATA
Basic load control knowledge
