Description:
We are looking for a female "Customer service & Call Center agent" who can speak English ,Hindi or Urdu, for a Restaurant will be held on 17th April 2016 from 10:30am till 02:30pm.
1.Fluent in English - Hindi – Urdu(Arabic is plus point)
2.Skills : ( MS word, MS excel and typing skills )
3.Good knowledge in preparing schedule
4.Good communication skills to answer clients enquirers
5.Presentable and hard worker
6.Ability to work under realistic Target Calls.
7. Age limit (20 to 25yrs)
8.Nationality: (Indians are not welcome)
9. Flexible to work in shifts

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES as given in Dubizzle Dubai
Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Up-sell (is a sales technique whereby a seller induces the customer to purchase more expensive items, upgrades, or other add-ons in an attempt to make a more profitable sale.) products and services.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Complete call logs and reports.
Research billing issues.
Research misapplied payments.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
