Job Description
• Provide input to develop project, test and implementation plans
• Investigate and resolve problems for production systems in a timely manner
• Participate in quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of program changes
• Operate within established change control procedures and adhere to and help develop needed standards
• Proactively identify problems and provide solutions
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form to all levels of staff in a clear and concise manner
• Provide functional and technical application support for the production applications.
• Work with the other members of the development team to design, write, test and document required programming code based on business requirements
• Successful at meeting established deadlines and project goals
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Create process flows, high level functional and detailed technical design specifications from business requirements
• Demonstrated client interaction skills and abilities; work in a team environment, on-site in client facility.

• Qualification Details: Bachelor degree in computer science.
