CALL CENTER OFFICER – Ras Al Khaimah based (Arabic, Malayalam/Hindi, Tagalog)

Job Responsibilities: 
Will have both inbound and outbound call centre duties such as answering incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide necessary information. He/she may also be required to make outgoing calls to collect information and to conduct follow-ups & sales
Skills & Knowledge 
• Minimum 1 year experience in an insurance company.
• UAE Experience is essential.
