The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
He/ She:
- should have minimum 1 yr. working experience in baking and decorating cakes/pastry
- should have skilled in sugar & chocolate work and fine pastries;
- must be strong leadership skills (ability to develop team);
- Baking skills are important;
- Creative and Innovative;
