In-Store Promoter should perfectly represent the brand, she/ he should be the BRAND AMBASSADOR
Main Responsibilities:
• Increase Brand Awareness
• Educate on Usage, Features and Benefits
• Encourage Product trial through sampling or products giveaway
• Push Sales
• Educate on Usage, Features and Benefits

Responsibilities:
• Researching the product to know more about it before meeting the client
• Checking product availability of all SKUs and prices and promotional item before starting the session.
• Checking the POSM used at the outlet
• Proactively engaging in talking to all shoppers at the outlet, to invite them to listen to your script
• Demonstrating how the Product usages, advantages, features
• Giving away leaflets, samples and encourage the shoppers to try it
• Answering all product related questions and ensure you give accurate information
• Setting up the sampling stand and ensure all the materials is complete and in good condition and properly pack it and store it once you complete the session
• Arranging a nice display on the stand to attract shoppers
• Working closely with the supervisor and merchandizer
• Ensuring the display shelf is well maintained with a clear price tags
• Monitoring competition at the outlet in terms of promotions, discounts, activation, new launches and report it within the sales report
• Logging in the sales report with all the sales figures and comments from the shopper
