1. Solid background in office administration, secretarial role – minimum 5 year experience preferably in the construction and fit out industry.
2. Strong computer skills such as MS Office package, etc.

Responsibilities :
1. General administrative assistance and support to the Firms Company Secretary and in various administrative tasks, filing, assistance in office management.
2. Meet & Greet visitors.
3. General assistance to the other Team members as and when needed mostly finance related. preparation of invoices.
4. General receptionist duties.
5. Handling courier, post, etc.
6. Maintain adequate office stock, such as refreshments, stationary, etc.
