We are a successful real estate brokers firm based in Business Bay and looking for smart and presentable female to perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
Duties and Task Include.
• Answering and screening calls.
• Posting property ads online.
• Keeping track of the sales queries.
• Able to support the sales team / check documents / prepare & modify agreement.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
• Able to keep office clean and to make sure that office is supplied with all necessities.
• Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Handles other responsibilities of admin as may assign
• Excellent skills to use Apple Mac/ Windows as well as:
- MS Office programs (WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT)
- Adobe DC PDF
