• Promptly greets customers on the sales floor, ensuring all customer needs are being met.
• Operates the POS system, processing customer transactions proficiently.
• Assists with the processing of incoming merchandise shipments, and placing new merchandise on the selling floor.
• Keeping the work environment neat and clean.
• Ensuring that all stock is replenished.
• Helping customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.
• Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills.
