A well-established Trading Company is looking for PRO COME DRIVER for our office located in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai.
Title: PRO/ Driver
Term: Permanent (On-going) Contract
Working Hours: 10 hours a day, 6 days a week
Salary: AED 3500 – AED 4500 per month (All-inclusive salary)
Job Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as PRO
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong background of UAE Labor law
• Experience with Dubai, DWC, Ajman, RAK Immigration
• Creative and solution oriented
• Excellent organization skills
• Valid UAE driver’s license
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies
• Processing visit and residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, etc.
• Assist employees in the process of renewing visas for them and their immediate dependents
• Assist all sponsored staff and their dependents in the medical check process
• To maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
• Drive A-based officers, other staff, officials and visitors as required
