Job Description
• Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange 2010 and above, TMG, DNS,DHCP, clustering…etc.
• Mixed environment of Windows and multiple flavors of OS.
• Virtual environment using VMWare & Hyper-V technologies.
• Datacenter (Tear 2 and above) equipment such as UPS, Cooling units, firefighting….etc.
• To support and monitor existing infrastructure, perform preventative maintenance work, backup and perform other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness and to provide cover on such tasks when required.
• Administer and maintain the company's computer hardware, applications software, and all configurations.
• Perform troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving.
• Review policies for internal systems including AD, VPN access, patch installation and laptop/desktop life cycle.
• The ability to lead a team deploying a large scale, virtual environment using VMWare technologies & Hyper V.
• Manage the day to day operations of the Data Center on a 24x7 basis along with the ups, cooling units, servers, switches & routers, firewall etc…
• Review, recommend, and implement new work procedures that result in efficient, streamlined processes for the support group.
• Ensure the overall technical infrastructure and support services effectively address the customer's support services requirements.
• Manages department and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate schedules, costs and resources.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for the support services provided as well as making improvement to the customer satisfaction level
• Responsible for managing and establishing time lines, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication with Technical Support Coordinators (TSCs) and Systems Engineers (SEs).
